Steps
  1. Click the blue button to download and open the Splashtop SOS app.
  2. If macOS warns (Gatekeeper), choose Open to run the app.
  3. Grant Splashtop Screen Recording and Accessibility in System Settings → Privacy (unlock to change).
  4. Give the displayed one‑time code to our technician. Close the app when finished.

  1. Click the blue button to download and run the Splashtop SOS executable.
  2. Accept any UAC prompts to permit remote control.
  3. Read and give the one‑time code to our technician.
Notes
Supported: Windows 10/11 (x64). If antivirus blocks the app, allow the signed executable or run as Administrator. Closing the app ends the session.
